HRC returns to Excel London from 30th March to 1st April 2026 as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, promising a show that is bigger, bolder and more engaging than ever. The event will bring together chefs, caterers and hospitality operators to explore the latest products, share expertise and celebrate the very best of the UK’s hospitality industry.
The 2026 show will feature a reinvigorated floor plan with dedicated sections for Foodservice, Professional Kitchen, and Furniture, Interiors & Tableware, creating a clear route through the hospitality supply chain. Across three days, visitors can expect a packed schedule of live demos, panel discussions and product showcases designed to spark collaboration and practical learning. This year’s event will also include exciting new sections dedicated to street food, pastry, and pizza & pasta.
A highlight of the event is the Vision Stage, where senior operators, chefs and industry commentators come together to discuss the issues shaping the future of hospitality. The stage will host in-depth panels and keynote interviews covering topics such as workforce development, sustainability, technology and evolving consumer expectations. It is designed as a forum for open, forward-looking debate, giving visitors actionable insights from those leading change across hotels, restaurants and catering.

Co-located with HRC, International Salon Culinaire remains one of the UK’s most respected chef competitions and a highlight for culinary professionals at every level. The 2026 edition will feature almost 1,000 competitors across a wide range of classes including Live Theatre, Skills Theatre, Salon Display and Sugarcraft.
The competition attracts chefs from hotels, restaurants, contract catering, education and beyond, all showcasing their craft in front of live audiences and expert judges. It is both a celebration of talent and a proving ground for emerging chefs, giving them a chance to test their creativity and skill in a live competition environment.
Adam Handling MBE joins as Chef Ambassador for the 2026 event, reinforcing the show’s focus on collaboration, mentorship and craft. “These events shaped my journey, so I’m buzzing to give back and share what I’ve learned,” he says. “Now’s the time to support each other and strengthen our industry, and the best way is by coming together, creating an environment where we can show what we do best and talking openly.”
