Announcing a New Sustainability Training Series For Hospitality Professionals

The Sustainable Restaurant Association is launching a series of online training sessions this autumn, open to hospitality professionals across the globe.
Our Sustainability 101 training sessions will introduce the three core Impact Areas of the Food Made Good Framework — Sourcing, Society and Environment — and provide a practical starting point for thinking about how sustainability shows up across different areas of a hospitality business.
Environment: 7th October, 9am to 10:15am BST (10am to 11:15am CEST; 4pm to 5:15pm CST; 6pm to 7:15pm AEST)

Through a mix of short introductions, case studies and interactive breakout discussions, participants will:

- Discover how the Food Made Good Standard can support deeper analysis and tailored action.

Pricing structure
For businesses working with The SRA:
- 1 free place (covers all three sessions)
- Extra places: £50 per session OR £127.50 for all three (15% discount)
For foodservice businesses not working with The SRA:
- £100 per session
- £255 for all three (15% discount)
For non-foodservice businesses (consultants, suppliers):
- £200 per session
- £510 for all three (15% discount)
