The SRA connects businesses around the world to accelerate change towards a hospitality sector that is socially progressive and environmentally restorative through the world’s largest sustainability certification tailored for the sector: Food Made Good.
The Food Made Good Standard (FMG) is the global gold standard for measuring progress across the industry. It is the world’s most comprehensive sustainability certification specifically designed for the hospitality industry. We set the Standard for sustainable foodservice around the world.
We are a small, passionate team that punches above our weight. We work with over 11,000 commercial kitchens across the globe. We actively prioritise creating a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the variety of experience across the hospitality sector.
Like any great restaurant, we believe that we are far greater than the sum of our parts. Together, we can accelerate change towards an environmentally restorative and socially progressive industry.
We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded, relationship-driven Senior Strategic Relationship Manager to accelerate our growth by building high-impact partnerships with some of the world’s leading hospitality brands. As a newly created role within The SRA’s Growth Team, this position will play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage, influence and collaborate with complex global partners — from luxury hotel groups to international restaurant brands — unlocking long-term value and driving meaningful impact across our network.
ABOUT THE JOB
This is a brand-new role on the Growth Team at The SRA to strengthen and professionalise how we build, nurture and manage strategic relationships across our organisation. As Senior Strategic Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how we engage with some of our most important and complex global partners — including, but not limited to, global luxury hotel brands and international restaurant groups.
This is a hands-on role well-suited to someone with a minimum of five years of experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship-led programme delivery and/or external collaboration. We would especially welcome experience in building and growing commercial relationships with complex global hospitality businesses, from luxury hotels to multinational brands. You’ll bring structure, consistency and strategic thinking to the way we work with partners, while also being directly responsible for managing key relationships and a pipeline of opportunities yourself.
ABOUT YOU
Are you a commercially savvy relationship leader with a proven track record for building and managing senior-level partnerships with or within complex hospitality organisations? Are you confident engaging with global hotel groups and international restaurant brands, owning growth and retention targets, and translating sustainability ambition into practical, scalable action? If you are purpose-driven and motivated by the opportunity to influence meaningful change across the global food system through long-term, values-led partnerships, this role is for you.

Working as part of a small team
- Bring a proactive, collaborative approach suited to a small organisation, where flexibility and teamwork are essential.
- Contribute to organisational culture and values and support cross-team projects when needed.
