We started in 2007 with one simple mission. Make Coffee Better. Better for farmers, better for roasters. Better for baristas, better for drinkers. We travel the world sourcing the best coffee and investing in our farmers communities. We bring roasters destined for scrap back to life, and build beautiful barista training spaces from materials gone to waste. We roast with passion and respect for every aspect of our craft, from crop to cup. It is this level of care that truly sets us apart from the rest.
Already in 2018 we have opened Extract London, a dedicated space for learning built from materials we rescued from scrap and are offering barista training, work experience and employment opportunities for homeless adults through Hotel School, an initiative run by The Passage. Right now we are looking for ways to reach even more homeless adults and create even more employment opportunities for graduates from Hotel School. In Summer 2018 we will ditch PE lined single-use cups for good and will offer 100% recyclable cups in their place. A project to move to 100% recyclable packaging is also underway.
