Where The Light Gets in serves a blind tasting menu based entirely on the seasons. We have our own small holding and aim to generate as much of our naturally grown produce as is possible from our farm. We develop strong relationships with our suppliers and only work with those who respect the land and farm using pre-industrial heritage methods and without chemicals. We use waste avoidance as the core of our creative process and serve only natural wine from our continent. We hope guests thrive in the purity of ingredients served and the transparency of intent.
