We are dedicated to raising the standards of baking in London and, over the years, we have developed a range of sourdough breads, cakes & pastries inspired by traditional techniques and classic flavours. All of our products are made by hand, using authentic baking methods and high quality, natural ingredients.

Sourdough is our passion and using wild yeasts to leaven our bread makes for a loaf worlds away from bland mass-produced loaves that are worryingly widespread in the modern world. In short, we make well-bred bread.
