Introduction

The kale and squash come from our own Farmacy Kitchen Garden in Kent.

We get a delivery of fresh veg, fruit and herbs every week – delivered to us in our own electrical van.

The pizzetta came about because we received so much kale from the Kitchen Garden every week!

The sourdough is made with our own starter and the dough is a blend of white, rye and spelt flour. The flours come from Dove’s Farm, Shipton Mill and Sharpham Park. All UK grown and all organic.

Everything for the pizzetta is made in house.
