The Restaurant and Conscious Hospitality Show 2015: What you need to know It’s just over a week now until one of the biggest industry shows, The Restaurant Show, and we are delighted to say that we’re at the heart of the action. And this year, for the first time, the organisers have acknowledged the coming of age of the conscious consumer and partnered with us to host The Conscious Hospitality Show, alongside the main show at Olympia from 5-7 October. With three quarters of people saying that sustainable criteria have been a deciding factor in choosing their dining destination, and the same proportion saying that they value a restaurant’s sustainable achievements more than a 10% discount, we’d say this show had come not a moment too soon.
