We are very conscious of not only our carbon footprint within the industry, but source as much produce from local growers and sustainable sources as possible. We change our menu monthly to enable us, not only to provide our customers with the freshest of ingredients, but maintain as standard, low waste and sustainability by portion controls and a diligent approach to the products we serve in our restaurant. We are, as a small business and part of a group, constantly looking for sustainable, recyclable and renewable resources. A recent addition to this is our coffee and tea range, not only being a fair trade product, but the company that supply us, collect the coffee grounds and have then recycled into logs to burn on open fires. These can even be used on BBQ's and in fire pits.
Over the next 12 months, our goals include lowering our energy usage and increasing the amount of sustainable produce we use throughout the business. Currently there are negotiations going on with Belu Water, to install their systems throughout the company.
