Welcome to The Cookery School at Daylesford – a unique place of culinary inspiration housed in a beautifully restored stone barn, surrounded by stunning Cotswold countryside and 2350 acres of working farmland from which we source our ingredients. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, a course at our Cookery School will equip you with a range of techniques, recipes and principles to help you make the most of delicious seasonal ingredients. We offer a wide range of full day, half day and evening courses – perfect for any type of cook whether you’re a beginner looking to learn new skills or a confident cook looking for more inspiration.
Our focus in 2018 is to get even closer with the artisans on the farm and bring back their knowledge in the Cookery School for our students to understand the full cycle of food. We are also educating staff about food waste on the premises of the farm.
This is a vegetarian version of the ancient Turkish Borek. I cook this dish at home when ever i have lots of scraps veg scraps. It’s perfect for keeping on top of waste, you can put pretty much anything into it.View this Recipe
