As an independent bar on Bristol's Harbourside, we take deliciousness seriously. Our Mums always said not to rush our food and we like the Slow Food philosophy of “good, clean and fair” – food that’s delicious, with no nasties and a fair price to producers. Our sourcing policy means that at much as possible comes from within 50 miles, and that the doesn't is ethically and sustainably sourced.
Our menu includes a wide range of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Our meat is always sourced responsibly, and can be traced back to local butchers and farms. As well as seriously tasty seasonal dishes on our lunch and dinner menus, we also have a tempting variety of locally made cakes – perfect with our locally roasted coffee.
