This group of sister restaurants to Hawksmoor, is built on a concept that revolves entirely around the best ingredients that it can find. The restaurants have great relationships with its suppliers, as evident from its website, with all suppliers aware of Foxlow’s sustainability sourcing standards in writing. All fish is from British waters and is landed in Brixham; steaks are from free-range, grass and pasture-fed cattle from The Ginger Pig in Yorkshire; and charcuterie, cheeses and sourdough bread are sourced from small producers in London. Waste is monitored with reduction targets being set across all waste streams, and customers are always offered the option of a doggy box if they want to take leftovers home.
