Description

CLAW started life slinging crab rolls at Kings X market in 2015, with the mission of encouraging Londoners to eat more crab and other British seafood. Trading at market stalls and festivals, to hosting pop-ups, we got known for serving decadent seafood dishes made for sharing. The whole idea relied on CLAW sourcing the best produce from right here in the UK. The oysters from Colchester, the fish from Brixham, the meat from Herefordshire, the veg from down the road at Covent Garden Market and of course the crab and lobster from Salcombe!

We look to continue to source as much seasonal produce as possible from sustainable suppliers in the UK.
