Arbor is a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant, situated in The Green House hotel Bournemouth. Our menus change seasonally to ensure we use the best of what is local and sustainable. You’ll find well-cooked, honest, uncomplicated but imaginative food. Our team of chefs, led by Andy Hilton, are passionate about sourcing both classic and new ingredients straight from the farm gate and fresh off the trawlers.

Plan to increase vegetarian and vegan options, following the success of the vegan tasting menus. Looking into using more innovative produce to reduce food production waste. For example hoping to feature rose veal on next menu.
