Fancy feasting for free on some of the finest fresh produce grown in the UK, prepared by one of the country’s very best chefs?

We’ve teamed up with the organisers of the Abergavenny Food Festival to offer you the chance to win two places at: A Feast of Unloved Food on Saturday 15 September, normal price £32.50 each. Chef Skye Gyngell is taking her ground-breaking Scratch menu to the festival for this headline feast. The menu will be designed to use up every scrap possible of the incredible produce supplied by Fern Verrow, the 16-acre biodynamic farm just a stone’s throw from Abergavenny.

Details of the menu will be confirmed nearer the time, depending on seasonality, but you can expect a variety of delicious, nutritious dishes using ingredients that are often overlooked or wasted – like the delicious bread soup with vegetable trimmings that Skye submitted for our One Planet Plate campaign.

Whether you want to learn how to cook over fire, re-imagine your repertoire of cocktails or head out of town on a foraging foray, this festival, now in its 20th year, is the must-visit event for you.
